Vivienne and Mark did a wonderful job selling our mother’s house, where my brother and I grew up. They were sensitive concerning how attached we were to Mom’s house, and yet were clear that anything they did to “spruce up” the place was done in order to help the house sell. They know their clientele, obviously, as the house sold within a week! What a relief it was to have everything go so smoothly and quickly during all phases – the cleaning, painting and repairs, staging, open houses, and finally the paperwork.
