It was such a pleasure to work with Mark and Viv of Vabrato Real Estate! I was pretty confident when I chose them to sell my home because I saw what they were able to do as agents for a home around the corner from mine. They completely exceeded my expectations! My home needed renovations before the sale and they handled everything. Mark has a contractor’s license in addition to his real estate license. He made suggestions on updates and provided quotes by item. I was able to tell him what I wanted done and what I didn’t. He listened to everything and there was no work on my part. I just looked at the pictures they sent as my house was transformed. It was a completely stress-free process. Once the house was ready for sale, they came in and provided good advice on how we should price it, when to hold open houses, and when to accept offers. The marketing was amazing! They provided professional pictures, a virtual walk-though, an agent tour video, a drone video, and exceptional pamphlets. I was searching for a home in another city and read many home descriptions and looked at the marketing material. The Vabrato marketing was far superior. Viv also posted some TikTok videos on the renovation and staging process that were hilarious! Mark, Viv, and their whole team were incredibly responsive to me if I ever had a question or needed anything. They actually knew what I needed before I did, and provided me with a brochure that explained the whole process and had great tips from making sure I had a bank account in my trust’s name since the title was in the name of the trust, to giving me a list of the utilities and services that might need to be closed after the sale. My house had solar panels that were leased and they coordinated the whole lease transfer. It was a huge help! To top it all off, they are nice people and really a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
